I've been back from Bali for more than 2 weeks already, but that isn't actually the main thing I wanna blog about.. because.. well, the thing is..
I lost my phone :'(
It's the second time my phone went missing throughout my academic years here in UiTM.. and yes, it is due to my
carelessness.. so basically it is almost entirely my fault.
And you wonder, why did I say 'almost entirely' my fault? Because, if there are more honest humans dwelling on planet Earth, perhaps I would have a bigger chance of getting it back. Until this very moment, I still am hoping that someone will come forward and return it to meee..wuwuwu. But surprisingly kan, I didn't shed a tear pun for this unfortunate occasion. Unlike the time when I first lost my phone. Was very scared and felt full of guilt. I suppose I was very young and penakut at that time.
My studiomate lost hers last week, but she's lucky coz the person who found her phone was honest and made an effort to find the owner. I guess it's just not my luck in both cases of my missing phones.
And maybe God wants to give me a lesson. Hehe. Yes, lesson learnt indeed. I'll take better care of my belongings from now onwards.. I hope..
Bali was beautiful by the way. There were 69 of us, including the lecturers (so u can imagine kemeriahannya..macam rombongan cik kiah). The Balinese are friendly, some are extra friendly. The local goods are cheap. So you'll never get enough of 'em. Luckily our schedule was pretty tight,so was our budget.. kalau tak, buang masa shopping je..hehe.
The most amazing aspect of Bali was its architecture. (that's why we were there in the first place..hehe) They focused on modern tropical architecture with a traditional Balinese twist. And their landscaping is outstanding! It integrates in harmony with the building designs, complementing each other, unlike here in Malaysia. But I have to say that Bali is rather HOT. Should be grateful with the weather here in Malaysia :)
I'm not very good in describing, so I'll just post up a few pictures (just a few of the memorable ones) to save all the talking alright?
I had only seen bathrooms like this in magazines, never imagining myself having to use it. Little did I know what Bali had for me. There's always a surprise when you least expect it. Yes, that's an actual photo of our bathroom. Luckily we only spent one night at that particular resort.

At Seaview Restaurant, they've set up dining tables and chairs on the beach for you to enjoy meals with first class view of the sea. Quite romantic if you ask me, especially during sunset :)

One of the resorts In Bali (called Tjambuhan, if I'm not mistaken), located at the hills. Looks pretty normal, but it's a very challenging site. The winding roads are full or surprises and there practically are steps and stairs at every corner. We were breathless towards the end of the tour.

I will be uploading the rest of the pics in my Facebook/Flickr account.. InsyaAllah.
(I think I've been repeating that statement over and over again after any studio/family trip kan? Oh well.. =P)
